Does anyone else suffer alot with colds and chest infections.i have lupus raynards and sorgens .

I had a cold virus two months ago which resulted in me cracking a bone under my rib cage with coughing .then got chest infection .which turned into shingles . I woke up on saturday with rotten sore throat which has in turn gone into a cough hopefully wont be as bad as before just curious if anybody else suffers this ....x

Hi I had a similar patch in my illness and felt wretched so my heart goes out to you.

My only advice - get paranoid lol. Your body is screaming at you to take it easy. People get shingles when they are run down. I bought myself the hand gel especially at work, avoided children / friends with colds, wrapped up warmly, slept a lot etc. You need to go into an enforced self preservation mode and if you can take a time out from the world

ahh rite ok , i suffer with throat /sinus/inner ear constant chest infection but i am on methotrexate as well as hydroxy but the i have emphazema & copd but my consultant for emphazema tells me its the metho ?? sorry im not much helpx
