Does anyone else get really dry skin on their face along with their butterfly rash?

I have dry/flaky skin, which is really painful at times, around my eyes and eyebrows. Tried various creams, included steroid ones prescribed by the hospital, but none seem to work. Just wondered if this is another lupus sympton or something else!

I get white spots in eyelids and sores in my mouth, along with terribly dry skin the docs just say I gotta deal with it ! I smother my face in vaseline at night and put viscotears in too then I put a skin primer on in the morning , hope this helps x

Hi I had the same problem but i found a very good moisturiser you can buy it from holland and barret or debenhams its called spa magic in a white bottol with blue lid its about 8.50 but well worth giving it a try.

you need some Cetraban prescribed by your GP its a cream applied 3 times a day and help with my dry skin on my face hands arms
