Most of my joint etc pain is predominantly right sided and has always been. Neck, shoulder, chest, abdo & back pain. I thought most SLE symptoms were bilateral?? Anyone else experiencing similar issues? Thanks!

yes Keira most of the time it is bilateral, but i get pain in one side of my abdomen and at the moment i am kept awake with my left upper arm in discomfort also my neck on one side.

So you are not alone with this, funny thing is it always attacks both my hands together which has twice had me in hospital in agony.

Thanks Everyone! Yea, get the all over joint pain but so much worse and constant on the right side always. It's nice to know this is normal cause everything you read says Bilateral pain.

My pain is all over when it is bad, but it is always worse on my left side, and even on really good days it is still there underlying on my left side,(mostly hand, neck shoulder and left foot!)
