Free lupus journal!

I went to this link (lupus check.com) filled out a quick form and they sent me a very nice lupus journal. It has calendars, pages to write symptoms or thoughts on. Also has a downloadable lupus checklist to take to your doctor's appointments. What's even nicer is it is free! ;-)
