Everything is under control except for for direct Coombs test

3 months ago , I was diagnosed as lupus . 2 weeks after treatment everything is under controlled and the results become normal except for direct coins test positive and low ALP.

Positive DCT after 3 months of methypredisolon infusion means my disease is severe ?

Or need to change the treatment ?
