I had breast cancer 6 years ago which was clear after chemo and radio now it's back again in my lungs and a little in my spine and rib. Now on targeted therapy which is helping a lot only need oxygen when out now, I'm able to walk the dog, go into town on bus, also can do housework (not sure that's an advantage lol). I'm lucky as so far don't have any pain. Sometimes I do find it hard emotionally to get my head round it but trying to do the best I can

Very sorry for the need that brings you here. From what you’ve written it seems you are doing the things you need to do in order to gain back strength and stamina. It’s my understanding that breast cancer often metastasizes to the lung and bone.
What I have learned is that a breast cancer that mets to the lung retains characteristics of the breast cancer and should be treated as a breast cancer.
Since this is interfering with your ability to walk without supplemental oxygen I would urge you request a referral to a pulmonologist and request a pulmonary function test. The treatment you’ve had for the cancer that mets will have left scar tissue so a new baseline should be established. Hopefully you will qualify for pulmonary rehab.
There is a group here on Health-Unlimited called SHARE Metastatic Breast Cancer. You might want to join them as well. You will meet others there who have had many of the same experiences.
I have never had breast cancer, but I've had lung cancer twice. I am sorry that you are going through all this.
You are not alone. In 2015 I had treatment for both lung and breast cancer. The breast cancer is now in my lungs. My only advice is to stay as healthy as you can and as active as is comfortable. Of course, follow diligently whatever treatment plan your doctors have created for you.
I wish you well on this journey.

Kiera,
Keep the faith. Glad you can still get outdoors. That’s my greatest comfort in dealing with stress and depression. Keep going 🤗
Thank you, I'm so grateful I can get outdoors as when I was first diagnosed was housebound
