I have Leg lymphedema and am thinking of getting on a plane to Greece. Any thoughts about the problems I might encounter flying ?

Shouldn’t have any problems, unless you already have them? Don compression first thing on the day of travel, and keep it on until you turn in on the night of arrival.Get a window seat so you can rest your foot on the bulkhead - or, if you are tall, an aisle seat so you can stretch out the affected leg. Move the foot/ankle frequently, and flex the knee.

Get up every 20-25 mins for a wander or to do some stretches - best place is by the exits.

Enjoy the holiday - I think we could all do with one!!!
