For a few years I have had a clear, odorless, colorless fluid leaking from my inner thigh crease. This happened only at. I put a washcloth in the groin on each side to car hit. It was lymph fluid that was leaking. Apparently it was rfapped by the movements of the day and relaxed at night lighting on my back, trapped by C sec bikini scar

This can happen - but you should get checked out by a qualified therapist who can advise you with regards to garments and self-care, especially if you say this has been happening 'for a few years'.(Also - I think predictive text might have changed some of your post wording)
