Rash

My hand started to ache one evening then the next evening I found a rash on my arm which has secondary lymphoedema I immediately thought cellulitis and started antibiotics, but I never had fever or went downhill as on other occasions. My question is, is this grumbling cellulitis?Or no infection and just a spotty rash which is patchy and over my chest above my mastectomy scar?Thank you

Very likely to be cellulitis - it doesn’t necessarily manifest with a fever - please get checked out by a doctor ASAP.

Thank you, my GP appointment was on the phone 🙄 I did wonder why they didn't want to see my rash, I will give the antibiotics a chance as I started them on Friday. I wonder what grumbling cellulitis is?
