If you're like me you will struggle to get your compression stockings on . Mine are Class 3... I wish I discovered this earlier "try using gardening gloves' I really wish I discovered this year's ago!!!!! Let me know your thoughts but it really does work!!!!

Sharon, been using the coated gardening gloves to get my class 3s on for years! You get very funny looks when people see rubber gloves on your bedside table though!!!!!😂
I use household gloves, inside out. This was recommended to me by the clinic initially measuring me for Class2.
I use rubberised garden gloves.
I have been using them for years: you can get some really nice gardening gloves now and they really do work well, no more broken fingernails
Happy you discovered the gloves! I have been using donning gloves specifically for compression garments for years. Would not have been able to put on my stockings without them! They are essentially rubber dishwashing gloves with textured fingers for grip. I get them on Amazon.
