Where can I find 5e fitting trainers in UK?

Has anyone managed to find trainers at a reasonable price with a 5e width fitting?

I usually wear men's trainers. If I didn't have Lymphoedema I would wear a UK size 6. With Lymphoedema I usually wear a woman's UK size 8 or Men's UK size 7.
