Hi tapdancer, do you mean lymphoedema in your lower leg? Fit flops have been advertised as being beneficial for circulation in the legs. But probably the most important points when choosing footwear when you are affected by lymphoedema, are: full shoe, good all over support, good arch support, supportive , non slip sole. Generally for daily wear an open sandal/flip flop style would not support the foot, contain or minimise swelling, protect skin and nails which increases infection risk.
