What are these spots?

Hi. I was wondering if anyone could help me. My swelling especially on the top of my foot has increased and my leg to my knee is covered in small pink spots. Anyone know what it is and what I should do?

Are they hot to the touch? It could be anything, but best advice is see a doctor quickly to rule out cellulitis.

I have something like this. No pain, itching or inflammation so I think the compression is causing hair to stay under the skin and making bumps. Might go if I shaved them but I don't want to risk getting infections. I'm wondering if I could use exfoliating mits.
