Stress fracture in my lymphie foot.

Hi All

I have primary lymphoedema in my right leg only, and now I also seem to have obtained a stress fracture in my 2nd metatarsal.

Has anyone else had this? Did it affect the healing time / quality of the healing?

Thanks for any guidance as to what to expect or things that help / don't help.

I have not had a stress fracture but both my sister and I have had bunion operations on our feet (we both have primary lymphoedema). There was no difference with the healing process. We were both put on antibiotics, a week before, the operations because of our vulnerability to cellulitis.
