Coping with Asthma

My best advice that I’d give others who are living with asthma:

- long hot showers help a lot, relieves stress from having asthma and helps my airways

- eat clean healthy foods rich in antioxidants, and foods good for inflammation

- i always carry my nebulizer and inhalers on me or close to me to reduce the stress of asthma attacks in possible triggering environments/scenarios

- if you can do any cardio at all, do it! I can now run a mile in 14 minutes (slow, i know) but for my asthma I’m super proud that i can run a mile at all!

- the second i get sick, i make sure i call my Dr to start a prednisone taper to keep inflammation down
