Hi,

I have been living with anxiety past 12 years now. I feel nauseated all the time because of it.I have to keep something salty in my mouth in order to stop nausea in front of other people. I am on ssri but not helping with nausea. Anyone have any similar experience and any advice?

Hi Srp12

I know you posted this a while back.

I can also become quite nauseated when having anxiety. For some reason, fruit juices help, especially if they contain sugar in them. I also find that breathing exercises also help with my nausea.

I hope you’ve been doing well since your last post.

All the best.
