Well what can I say! This year has been crazy, back in January when all this corona started I was a wreck, constantly scared, got to summer and my mood lifted abit, over these past few weeks I feel like I did back in January, I’m anxious every single day, every morning asking myself if I feel ok obviously I always find something, obsessed with feeling my chest to see if I’ve got a temp, I’ve just proper had enough feel so emotional and scared

I understand. We all understand what you are going through. Ive had anxiety for a very long time. There are many ways to cope. Im not saying it's easy but coping skills work very well. Try them and see what works best for you. Exercise helps. Yoga and grounding techniques work even breatheing techniques and meditation. Talk therapy helps and medication. Look up author Claire Weekes. Im not sure of the spelling but people swear by her work. Try something or everything. Just try. You will be ok. Dont give up and always remember you r never alone. Take care.
