I am still feel my head is still not right can hear 👂 my pulse in my head a lot , and my hearing is very accurate Been taking citalopram 30mg for just over 3 months now not sure if it side effects for still anxiety

Hello 
It could be your anxiety it could be the meds , I would speak with your Doctor and see if they think you need to change them or stick with them a little longer as it can take time
