I feel weird and didn’t know if anybody felt This way.

So I always get this weird feeling (and keep in mind I have aniexty) where like I feel like almost like I’m so filled with anixty I just wanna scream and just go ah and release it all and feel normal and happy again is that anisxry like I feel like yelling will help or like shaking and trying to like shake and feel better is this just me? Cause I’m getting worried I haven’t seen anything about anyone having it.

I think this is completely normal. It’s not something I do very often but I do feel like I just need to scream sometimes! I actually think, even people without anxiety disorders, feel like this when they’re stressed - certainly people I’ve spoken to about it anyway!

I have rocked back and forth sitting with my knees pulled in to calm myself and also have screamed as loud as I could. I don’t know how healthy it is but I think if you’re with bad anxiety and it releases the cortisol and negative energy then why not. I don’t think it’s hurting anyone.

Perfectly normal Bate, its part of our living now. I find deep breathing to be beneficial. It only has to be for a short time, until the "danger" passes. You're not slone mmy love.

When I feel like this I go for a run in the park and run as fast as I can. I feel like it helps release some of the anxiety

Props to bookworm! You HAVE to find a way to burn some of the chemicals off! It probably won’t make you feel absolutely wonderful but it can be SO much better after a bit of strong cardio....you can relax into yourself. (Keep in mind that, like all the rest of us, you are most probably not gonna want to do it. Do it anyway, please.)
