Feeling rough each night

Does anyone else seem to feel fine during the day but every evening and night feel rough?

Each evening I’ll feel achy and sick almost like when you start to get flu ... just generally rough most nights it will keep me up.

Yet most times during the day I’m fine. I’ve had all round blood tests and they have come back fine so not a clue what’s causing this now but it’s starting to really have an impact on my life now😫x

Please can I ask have you kept a diary of symptoms after for example eating.

Food intolerences could be that.

I am aware anything such as certain foods eaten late at night can be causing issues.

Cheese is one, milk products, junk food too rich food cause itches and sinus problems.

I would also look at the place where that you reside.

Environmental sources include heating and damp plus things like airfreshners paint and cleaning products.

Cause sniffles sneezes aches and feeling nausea.

One other personal hygiene products deodrants can be causing some allergic reactions.

Nausea sickness could be not eating the right diet nutrition..

Also may I suggest in your diet need antibacterial anti toxidents .

Stomach bowels are susceptible to immune defiencies.

Other words need good bacteria to fight any underlying causes of nausea sickness and anything to improve bodys systems.

Use lean meat plenty fruit vegetable .

Important ones Apples, Pears, frozen fruit be fine Berries.

Bread, Pasta, Rice whole grains whole wheat boost bodies systems and help protect agains viruses.

Beans, pulses certain vegetables Onion, Garlic, Leeks boost your immune systems buld up protein .

Yoghurt is a good one to use has cultures good bacteria

Peppers, Beta Carotene foods Butternut Squash, Carrots, Sweet Potato.

Beta Carotene orange coloured veg , useful amounts of antitoxidents prevents infections, illness.
