I'm new here.

I am really struggling with my social anxiety disorder.

Is it common to have a trigger that always sets me off?

Hi and welcome to you.

Yes I have quite a few triggers that set me off ...

I find once I’m aware of what they are I can better manage them. How we manage them is usually individual to ourselves. Some kind of distraction, or for some I gradually try to face them.

Therapy can be helpful

I’m glad you found us here xx

Hi and thanks for sharing your situation.

It is common to have a trigger but it is not ok to let it affect you for a long period of time. Visit a therapist and ask for medication because most natural remedies are not effective for a long time. They just cover the symptoms and make you feel better for a short period.

If to recommend you a tried solution, read about Etizolam. I talked to a few members of the community and it seems to help. A friend of mine, Peter, used it and now, after a couple of months, it doesn't seem to have any symptoms. You can read more about it on worldpharm365.com/product/e....
