Hi Kobe I was also on propranolol 40mg and citalopram 20mg.

I was at the point where I couldn’t even walk to the end of the road without being dizzy/head spinning/lump in throat/blurred vision, but after doing several months of cognitive behavioural therapy and taking the tablets, symptoms gradually lessened until just recently I am symptom free.

It’s not easy and it does take time but you will get there! Keep going

Hi,

Only just seen your message.

I am exactly the same, tight back, shoulder and neck muscles, unbalanced, nausea, and other symptoms.

I have now realised after many tests, all clear, that it is the tight muscles doing thus to me, causing me the pain and dizzy feelings, and I too get blurry vision on occasions.

I need to learn to relax those muscles, but it's so hard when you have been tense for so long.

I wish you all the best
