My doc treated my Anxiety

BemjamenFrankline profile image

I’ve been away for a year. Sorry community. That was because my psychosomatic disorder/ GAD as the doc said miraculously went away for a year. However, I followed the advise of my doc, that I shouldn’t over think about life (negatively)’ shouldn’t compare with my friends successes in life, I should love me for me. Behold I rendered those changes and ever since, no GAD.

That's so wonderful to hear, sensible, practical advice. I thank you for sharing because I need to hear this as I have been over thinking too, and will try to STOP. Especially the part about loving me for me. Right now I feel no one else does, I know that's negative but that's how it feels right now.

Well done for putting his advice into action.
