Anxiety heartbeat and dizziness

So i have a health anxiety before skipping heartbeat i had tremors but now i have this skipping heartbeat like i'm kinda worried most of the time about my health and lately i'm experiencing this skipping heart beat along with dizziness and lightheadedness like i'm passing out.... most of the time it happens out of nowhere, do any of you experienced the same? Do you think its anxiety?

See your GP. It sounds like heart block which I also suffer from. It can be treated with medication or a simple operation to install a pacemaker. They will probably give you an ECG first then 24hr heart monitor, all a bit daunting but don't worry too much, it can be rectified. Avoid coffee, caffeine and dark chocolate (in excess).
