shaking when waking up

I have seen all the reporters in this and I have only to add that for me there was besides this problem another disease called Hashimoto's and when I took medication for it it ended the first problem. and when i stop the medication for a few days tha shaking comes back

That's because you need to stay on the meds so your thyroid stays under control. Why on earth would you want to stop your meds like that? There is a good thyroid site on here and I have put the link up for you. x

It's because I have difficulty concentrating when I take this medicine

Well why not go back to the doctor and have a word? You might have to decide though which you prefer, shaking or not concentrating. x
