Making a list is a great idea! I think self care is different for everyone, but I think whatever you enjoy and relaxes you! Sometimes Self care can be as simple as doing nothing, or making time to find things you love to do!
I love to go for runs,
Plant flowers
Take nice long showers
Bake cakes
Give myself a nice facial
Take time off of work
Meditate!
I think it just depends on my energy levels what may feel like "Self care" to me that day/ week.

I have a favorite book right now called Gracelaced by Ruth Simons so I will read that and do an activity out of it. It’s a very comforting and soothing book. Another book that has helped calm me many times over the years is called Come Away My Beloved by Francis Roberts. I’ve given that one to many friends and they have all loved it! A good walk always does me good too and I just started a Christian yoga class which I am loving. On my darkest days I always remember this too shall pass. Hang in there! I enjoyed your question.
I like the stop breathe and think app to meditate. It’s free and cheap if you want to do premium. I also workout often but self care is a must. On Sunday’s i go to hot yoga as a way to start my week. Also saying no to things and it’s OK to stay relaxing at home. I got a diffuser as a gift so I put lavender to relax myself and watch tv and relax
