Pregnant with anxiety

Who have kids while battling with anxiety??Can someone please explain to me how does it feels like to be pregnant with anxiety. Did your anxiety gets worst? Was it healthy ? And the giving birth process how was it like with anxiety?

I remember you asking this question before and you were not expecting are you still just thinking about it ?

The more we think the more we will wind ourselves up and think we cannot cope with something

Been pregnant for so many is one of the most natural things in the world

No one can guarantee if your anxiety would get worse or better but one thing I know which either way you would cope because our minds and bodies do

All expectant Mums will have some degree of anxiety but with support which you would get you get through it

Giving Birth I won't lie is painful but you can have an epidural now so you feel no pain if you thought you could really not cope but it is a pain you forget once you see that beautiful baby you have brought into the world

Try not to over think things and only when you feel ready start a family if that is what you want
