Hi beautiful Lulu! When I came upon it it made me think of healing hurts with compassion and love to ourselves and of using mindfulness to gain inner peace I may have looked too into it ha I wonder what Rumni actually meant by it.

O now I get you and it is true , healing does hurt , as they say though no pain no gain so that could be a reason why it does

My little bell is not working it never alerted me I had a reply good job I looked :-)

I don’t know. I have presents wrapped. I keep thinking of the family and friends visiting which I am most thankful for but st the same time that very thing makes me so anxious...trying to focus on what’s most important... I’ve made some mistakes lately that has gotten me really anxious. I think I’ll just have to hide out when I need to.

What about you Lulu?

As for making mistakes we all make them , it is called been human so don't be fretting as it just says you are human like everyone else :-) x

Hey there Redfox! I took so much from your link there I especially like breathing in “feel” and breathing out “let be” I’m using it right now to calm down as I’m having a bad time atm. Redfox thanks for sharing ❤️
