Twitching, muscle spasms and waking with whole body vibrating

I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia a week ago after almost 2 months of severe anxiety and nervous breakdowns. I went to a neurologist, did an EEG, ECG and MRI and everything looked fine. I was prescribed Gabapentin and Amitriptyline. I'm still going through stressful days but im really concered about all this. For 3 days I woke up feeling vibration all over my body, I was trembling. I wasn't cold. I called the doctor and I was told it could take weeks until the twitching and spasms stop. I'm still very concerned. Has this happened to anyone else?

I’ve been highly stressed the last couple of months and had lots of muscle twitching too. Notice it more when I’m still or in bed.
