Anxiety attacks can become physical ones as well. Mine always has. When I go through a sudden physical which is a panic attack on my part it results with an anxiety attack. It is never pleasant but we will get through. It can last for a couple of seconds to a couple of minutes. False signals are being sent to your brain with your brain assuming something major is taking place resulting into panic when all along is is a false alarm. I feel you and know exactly what are going through. Stay strong. 😊

Anxiety does produce physical symptoms. Heart racing, chills, nausea to name a few. It's hard to tell sometimes so people end up in the ER. I wouldn't say to discount every physical issue as anxiety either because...just in case it's not...It might be better to get to the ER and let them tell you what it is or isn't. This is a big problem for those of us with long term anxiety as we tend to discount real things for an anxiety attack.
