Hi JohnTse

Yes I have had all of the things you described. I don’t always get heart palpitations but can have some depending how high anxiety is.

Panic attacks are truly awful to experience, I hope that your anxiety levels come down for you soon. Can be so tough fighting it daily.

Yup. Almost everything you mentioned. I have had heart palpitations for almost 30 years and have worn a Holter monitor 3 times for various new concerns and they've always come back normal. Anxiety and just thinking about it can bring them on. You should get it checked out though to rule anything else out ( ie. get a Holter monitor, ultrasound) and only then will you feel confident enough to ignore the palpitations when they occur which allows them to fade away, instead of worrying about them which will make the palpitations continue.

I did went into emergency room 2 am in the morning because of my chest pain, the doctor did EGC, Blood test and X RAY for me and they said I have nothing wrong with me and my heart.

That's great! However If you continue to get palpitations and it is worrying you, it doesn't hurt to get a Holter monitor which will capture palpitations over a longer period of time to see what's going on. If you were having them during the ECG and they said everything was normal then you're fine, but if you didn't have any during the ECG then it doesn't tell you much about the nature of the palpitations because it didn't capture them. You gotta look at the big picture too...if you only get palpitations during your other symptoms ( which sounds like a panic attack) then you have to conclude it's anxiety. If the palpitations occur randomly and every day, like they were with me, then you want to do a full workup to rule anything out. Good thing is everybody I have ever spoken to with palpitations have told me their Holter monitor results were normal so I think it's a pretty common and benign condition 😊 I hope this helps!

Yes I get those too, I also get feeling of burning of the back &arms, tingling in teeth, toes and fingers when having panic attacks . Makes you feel like having a heart attack and going to die. I put a two cold gel packs that have been in freezer one on back of neck and one on forehead.helps calm me down a bit
