I feel exhausted even though I slept well, I feel fear and worry, and my body is tired. Then feeling all the time makes me go into panic mode for sure...any advice?

Day after severe panic attack
Have you tried deep breathing and meditation?
Aside from the panic attack you had, it sounds like it's quite normal for you to feel tired and exhausted with three little ones to care for. I just listened to Dr. Claire Weekes audiobook "Freedom from Nervous Suffering" where she describes the physiology responsible for feeling tired and depleted (which ironically, can be due to overactive nerves) and her prescription is to "loosen and accept". Loosen your muscles, breathe slowly in and out, and accept that you are tired. Don't fight it with oh why me or omg I should have more energy or omg why can't I get better and omg I'm sure this will lead to another panic attack etc etc ad nauseum.... She suggests that this inner struggle is what is further activating your nervous system and further tiring you out. It isn't until you accept that you are this way for now, that your nerves will begin to rest so that they start to heal and replete. If you can get your hands on her audiobook through your library I highly suggest it. It takes a little less than 2 hours to listen to and the conviction in her words is so reassuring. 😊
