Headache has made me super anxious

So I’ve had a headache all day and just hasn’t gone away, went to go to bed tonight and just woke up with my heart racing and ringing/buzzing in one ear that’s I’ve never had before with a headache. Don’t know if it’s cause I’m over worked again and on day 6 of 12 or what. Hates feeling anxious and always thinks the worse and just wants to run to hospital to get check out but would be wasting their time.

Oh yesvi know the feeling so manytimes I've wanted to run to hosp too. Only done it once to get checked out. But still feel so bad at times i want too. Try and focus on your breathing it does help or sip on water i find that helps too.
