The waterworks came as I heard the teacher say, “Sometimes, you feel as though you are riding the bicycle backwards. You feel like you are backtracking and heading in the wrong direction, but really what’s happening is contraction and release. The universe is preparing you for something much greater and like a sling shot, it’s going to shoot you forward—you just have to move backwards for a little bit.” Sometimes We Need to Go Backward Before We Can Move Forward Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow.”

I wonder why your posts are repeating in 3’s. When you click post, click it once. I know mine gets stuck sometimes and takes a minute to go through.

And I LOVE this post. It’s so true. We go backwards first. We’re always worrying about falling. We should be just living in the moment. You’re so smart. I also enjoyed talking with you yesterday! X
