I had to Force myself to take half of a Xanax tonight I was afraid to take it but I was anxious all day and I the kind of person who hate to take medication and I was really to stop taking my Prozac

I am like you I don't like medication but sometimes needs must and sounds like you did the right thing and well done confronting your fear and taking one

I'm new here but struggled with anxiety my whole life. I think it's perfectly ok to have taken medication. It's important to take care of ourselves and sometimes that means taking medication even though we'd rather not.
