Anxiety about heart condition

Hi everyone, I'm having trouble getting to sleep tonight and have done the last few nights due to worrying that I have a heart condition. I sometimes get an aching feeling around my elft rib cage and I keep getting hot flushes, does anybody else have this?

I have had many sensations around my heart before and it has been due to anxiety even though I understand how it makes us fear the worse scenario because anxiety does that to us and feeling hot is yet another anxiety symptom to

Have you spoken to a Doctor about these fears ?

If you have and they cannot find anything wrong then it is your anxiety that you need to work on , if you have not yet spoken with a Doctor then maybe make an appointment so they can reassure you that your heart is fine :-)
