hi iv been feeling pretty crap the last few wks, keep getting pains in my left arm and a funny feeling in my jaw, was at hospital last nite and they told me it was nerve pains, a friend told me it is my anxiety, iv no 1 to talk to about this, thanks for reading

hi elaine79, i currently suffer with many mental health problems at the moment and one of them is anxiety, i will tell you the problems i suffer with when my anxiety happens and hopefully you can get a better understanding dont always assume you may have it as this needs to be diagnosed by a doctor.
when my anxiety started to develop it was due to a past trauma i suffered. I constantly worry about every thing that is going on around and that results in me having a panic attack. Have you ever had one? I develop a shortness of breath, i panic, my heart pounds and sometimes i black out and never remember what happens. Once my panic attack is over i get pains in my arms and legs and it feels like they are just really achey and i need to rest them all day. When my anxiety hits i have a constant feeling of nervousness and my heart is pounding through my ears. Have you been worried about anything in your life, stress? problems? or anything from past? Anxiety can hit you at any time and it affects people in many different ways. My anxiety causes me tiredness and aches everywhere in my body as well as twitches and body spasms but that is not the case for everybody. If you feel down about this you should see your doctor and you are not alone on this they're are many things that can help you, i hope this helps you.
hi thanks for reply, i got diagnosed with anxity 3 years ago, prob like most i get my good days and really bad days, im also a single mum to 2 children, and its really hard 2 cope some days
hi there, i dont have any children so im not much help in that part, but i understand how you feel them days you wake up and wish you hadn't or you just want to stay in because you find your surroundings different or too scared to get up worrying up if somethings going to happen
Reassure myself that it's just anxiety and that's part of its role. When I do that I have it but the levels are low and I can manage to control myself with out me do , just positive thinking , prayer and support myself! !!
