Hello anxiousgirl7 :-)

I have had tingling in my head , hands and feet , not sure what causes it but usually it goes as quick as it came

I think sometimes anxiety is the cause as we have so many nerves in the body and when anxious they tighten up and cause these sensations

Maybe next time you see your Doctor you could mention it just so they can reassure you :-)

Take Care x

Yes!!! I’ve struggled with anxiety/panic attacks for most of my adult life. When I get stressed or anxious, my hands and face start tingling. It’s a common symptom of anxiety, but can be very scary. I feel like I’m about to pass out or lose my damn mind. That fear used to feed my anxiety which lead to a full panic attack. Now I’ve learned to ride the wave. It’s still scary and it sucks, but it passes.
