I know all about OCD and the challenges that come with it as I have been a long term sufferer myself
It is good to hear though that you have good days that is something you can build on and I hope you have support to
We are a small but friendly group and I hope more may just say hello to you to and you will always have some where to chat with like minded people which I hope gives you some comfort in knowing you are not alone
