I think my OCD is kicking in, pure OCD. It's a horrible form. Oh well. Tired of this anxiety, intrusive thoughts and vice versa pattern, no matter how you convince yourself it's not real it's still there. Well. Sigh. Thank you guys love from me. Kisses to all xx

Nice to see you talking on here even though I am sorry you are not having a good day with these thoughts
I have had a few today but as they came in I told myself this is your anxiety & nothing else & you know by speaking to others they have the same problem so it is not just you & it did help for me to think that way
Tell the thoughts to go away you are not listening & if you keep practicing letting them no they are unwanted visitors they will get fed up & start to get less
Oh now that is a good idea what Donver has suggested

Thank you so much for always listening to me. This page inspires me. And makes me think I'm not alone. Is this really normal, anxiety comes in and comes go, like a flu or virus but when you are currently having it it's like your a cornered rat with nowhere to go. Hopefully one day we all get over this and just enjoy the moment as mindfulness suggest. Easier said than done though
Hey Ellie hope you're feeling better now and you're not alone that's normal yeah sometimes you have bad days and sometimes good always coming and going jut like the flu, and feeling cornered is normal like you need to run or escape, we will all feel better one day don't give up xx

There is always someone to listen to you & you are not alone with this
Yes anxiety can be just how you have described but with time the length of time between as you say a flu or virus does get further apart till you will no longer feel you have flu anymore
Take little steps , try not to over think about how you feel it can create more fear which creates more anxiety but things slowly get better
