Hello Cwoods :-)

O dear that sounds just like me and what I would do :-o

I think we can only try these things and see how we feel and if you are like me you will have focused on all the negative results and took no notice of any positive one's :-/

If you do try it let us know what you think of it :-) x

I have used kava tea a lot and is helpful. Right now I am using Kava extract that you can put 2 droppers full into water and drink 3 times a day. I wish the relaxation lasted longer but hey it’s still something positive... I have read though that it can cause liver problems and that it is not to be taken over a long period of time I think no longer than 4 weeks at a time.

I've never tried it before, and reading that it could cause problems? But is it really any different from any other drugs that we take? They All have some side effects. So use wisely, and ask your doctor.

Never tried that Kava tea but I love my chamomile tea when anxiety is really bad. Nights when I'm very anxious and can't go to sleep I drink a cup. Calms me down and I sleep like a baby! It can make you very sleepy so don't try it if you have to drive that day! If you can just curl up and watch a good movie it's well worth a try. I'm not a doctor and I am not prescribing as such. I'm just letting you know what helps me because I have been through a full nervous breakdown and I Know what works for me. My mom passed away this last January but she used to say. "take your b vitamins for your nerves, Jennell!". She was right of course. ;). I miss my mommy so much. I still live here with my dad and I know he won't be here forever. I hope I don't fall completely apart when he's gone too. Sorry. This is why I need my chamomile tea. 😉
