I am sorry your Cousin seemed to work you up to the stage where your anxiety went up , but I am not sure I believe in ghosts but if someone sets a seed in our heads we can soon take on board what they are saying and have a panic attack 
I hope you have managed to calm down now and are feeling a lot better
