We are still here and living with our anxiety and coping as best we can. You are never alone within your anxiety. Sometimes our anxiety may keep us from reaching out to others. I know I can play on the sidelines some in order to try and keep myself focused on recovery.

Yes we are still here and I think that shows that we are a lot stronger than what are anxiety likes us to believe because anyone that suffers or has suffered with anxiety knows that to keep going till you start to overcome this takes a lot of strength and determination but one step at a time we can do it and nothing better than having the support of others that understand
