Scared out of sleep

Why do I keep scaring myself out of my sleep??....i don't have nightmares or anything I'll just pop up out of my sleep scared and heart racing and I don't know why

You're having night terrors. They are basically panic attacks in your sleep. I cycle on and off with them based on the amount of anxiety I have during the day.

I have them too. They are awful. I'm so sorry that you are having to deal with them.

I thought no one could relate but how dumb of me lol :/ I have the same thing . That’s why I’m up now :/ I like spooked myself out of sleep . Then had a panic attack . I like tried to take a nap but was a little anxious. Even the way I inhaled & exhaled ..anxious. I doze up , scare myself then panic . If you’ve been Able to help yourself through this since you posted this, mind if I can message you or vice versa . I can write it down. I’ve tried tea , sometimes meditation works or nature sounds
