anyone else experience shortness of breath with their generalized anxiety More often in the evening.... Ive been feeling this way off and on for as long as I can remember even had a pulmonary functions test done but all seemed normal( ish) but I'm really struggling again, seems like I'm always gasping for air and yawning I don't know if its a combo of fatigue and anxiety or what? thinking about getting it checked out again but until then just looking for piece of mind. Seems like I'm always at the doctor for one reason or another... ughhhhhh..
