how do i know if its anxiety/panic attack or somethings wrong? i was fine then i got dizzy,nauseated,feel like im goin to fall my head feels tingly like my foot when falling asleep and im worried n scared

you should see a dr to check its not a physical problem,

Just go to your doctor,and have a full blood test done..explain how you feel...if all comes back clear,you will know its anxiety,I F eel like this most days,tingling in hands and feet,also dizzy and nausea. with me its anxiety,I also get pressure in my head..but get tests done first to put your mind at ease..Take care. xxx

i was just at er had chest xray,ekg and blood work all was fine but now im feeling mabey something physically wrong in brain
