Hello! you're worried about a heart problem because anxiety is making you do so... it's gotta a way of affecting how you perceive your health, even when you know you're healthy! It was 18h ago, do you feel better now?
I was at the gym and started feeling like I couldn't breathe but made myself stay!
That's fantastic! You seem to have a strong willpower, that's already a huge advantage when facing anxiety!
