Does anybody else feel super tired when they go to bed late and wake up late? I went to bed at 4 am yesterday and woke up around 9 or 10 then back to sleep til 1130. I already feel super drained and weird around people.

Hi Katie yes i'm like that, but the biggest problem i have is i suffer from server sleep apnoea, where i can be awake one minutes go to bed and sleep the clock around or like you stop up til 6:00am went to bed got back up at 10:00am stayed awake all day and then crashed for two days whilst my body clock caught itself up. but there again i've always been a bit strange like that all my life, hope your ok and hope this year is better than the last one. take care Alan xx
