I’m so anxious about something...sometimes when people talk I loose focus almost right away, I zone out, I end up regaining focus but it’s too late to get what they said so I feel bad asking them to repeat themselves. I think it’s anxiety. My thoughts are racing all over the place.
I can’t think straight or remember what I think I should.
Maybe it’s anxiety maybe it’s also due to some hemp oil I’ve been trying out I think I’ll lay off it.
I believe meditating will help with this.

Memory lapses, are familiar part of anxiety and depression, also concentrating on some subjects, i.e. reading watching tv . I shouldn't worry too much , this will obviously stress you out and that's not what you need, concentrating on meditative methods should help.
This happens to me all the time. Sometimes I’m so zoned out, I can’t remember what I just said. It’s almost like I’m just stuck in my head all the time. It definitely is super bothersome to me ☹️ I’m going to try and meditate more, and get some exercise an hope it helps. Take care!!
It's hard to commit things to memory when you are in a panic state. I have noticed though as I get older , I am almost 64, that I don't remember as well as I used to. Not sure if it's from anxiety as my family also has a history of Alz and dementia. I would stay off the hemp oil and try to focus as much as you can on what people are saying. Also, maybe try some brain games. Good to get your mind off of what's happening with your anxiety , sort of like CBT.
