hi bellame, I hope that by now you might be feeling a little better?

did you seek medical advice?

sadly under healthunlocked guidelines - designed to keep us safe; we are not allowed to give, or replace, medical advice.

we can only advise people seek out their gp's consultants, etc... or recognised sources e.g. 999; 111; samaritans, etc...

we can, however, share our personal experiences, kindness, friendship, (and , sometimes, sense of fun, ) along with seriousness, respect and support.

let us know how you are.

regards,

hamble.
